		<description><![CDATA[Ceibwr Bay is not far from the Village of Moylegrove on the west coast of Pembrokeshire halfway between Fishguard and Cardigan. It is a lovely cove but with rocks and pebbles rathe than sand. The cliff walks in either direction are stunning. Whe the tide is high and the sea is rough the waves storm across the rocks at the mouth of the bay and send plumes of water into the air. There is limited parking at the bay itself but it is usually quiet.]]></description>
