An 18th-century stone cottage in the lanes between the city square and the cathedral hollow — evensong is a three-minute stroll, coffee on the square two. The walled garden catches sun from mid-morning and holds it; the parking space (gold dust in St Davids) means the car rests until beach time.
Whitesands and its surf are seven minutes' drive (or the seasonal shuttle), Caerfai's swimming cove is walkable, and the Coast Path to St Non's chapel starts at the end of the road. Three sensible bedrooms and a reading-filled sitting room make it work for families and walking parties alike.
