"Sea view" is the most abused phrase in holiday lettings — sometimes it means a slice of grey on tiptoes from the box room. We grade it honestly: the properties here have a genuine, sit-down-and-look-at-it view of the water, whether that's Tenby's harbour, the surf at Newgale, or the open Atlantic off St Davids Head.
West-facing views (St Brides Bay, Cardigan Bay coastline near Newport) get the sunsets; south-coast views (Tenby, Manorbier, Freshwater East) get sheltered blue-water days.
