The townhouse is located on a quiet side street just 160 metres from the esplanade and walkway onto Tenby South Beach. There is a bar and restaurant on the beachfront and a large expanse of golden sand. A stroll along South Beach will bring you onto Castle Beach. Castle Beach links up with the town s famous harbour and walled town centre where you ll find plenty of bars restaurants and cafes to choose from plus a good selection of both high street and independent shops. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a generously sized tiled hallway with a grand Victorian staircase. There are two lounge areas that have been merged into one open-plan living space leading onto the kitchen/diner. The lounge has a selection of sofas and tub chairs for guests to relax in. There is also a Smart TV and electric fire. Through to the kitchen/diner there is a dining table for ten plus a contemporary kitchen kitted out with essential cookware and crockery. At the back end of the house through the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine. Head upstairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second is a twin room. Heading up to the second floor there is a convenient cloakroom on the half landing. Up on to the second floor you will find a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from super-king-size beds (which can be made up as twins upon request). Recently added to this property for 2023 is a renovation to the basement where you will find a further bedroom which has a king size bed and another bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Externally there is a small enclosed terrace with decking.
