What we do with your address
- We store the address itself, the page you signed up from, and the exact consent wording you agreed to: “Yes, email me The Pembrokeshire Weekend — a short Friday email with the weekend's weather, tide times, what's on and a hand-picked place to stay — plus the occasional new guide. I can unsubscribe from any email.”
- We store a slow one-way hash of your IP address, salted and mixed with the date, purely to stop one source flooding the list. The address itself is never written down, and because the date is part of it the hash stops matching after 24 hours — so it can't be used to link you across time.
- We don't sell, rent or share the list. No advertiser, affiliate network or accommodation provider gets it.
- Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely at any time — just ask.

You'll get one email asking you to confirm. Until you click the link in it, nothing else is sent and your address stays unconfirmed — that's what makes it consent rather than a list you were added to.
