Take an amble down to Porthclais harbour where a small inlet can take you out to sea for those with kayaks or a small boat. Also a short walk from the pebble beach at Porthllisky with sandy areas and rock pools and just a short drive to the magnificent Whitesands Bay. The cathedral city of St Davids with stunning bishop s palace independent shops and eateries is just a short walk away. Plenty of other visitor attractions just a short drive. Entering this beautiful listed single-storey cottage into the hallway where there is a handy WC with washer/dryer and storage for boots and coat you then head through to the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This splendid space has vaulted ceilings exposed beams and the lounge area has a TV and warming wood burner making this the perfect home from home whatever the season. Bi-fold doors bring the outside to you making the most of the sea and harbour views. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob combi microwave fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There are thoughtful touches throughout when you re ready for some sleep the king-size bedroom with a TV benefits from a stylish wet room. Outside there is a large open garden laid to lawn with a patio area and garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining. There is ample off-road parking for two cars.
