The property is located in the small Hamlet of Lower Priory around a mile on foot from the town of Milford Haven. There is a public footpath nearby that will take you into the centre of town via a woodland walk. The town boasts a couple of supermarkets a theatre a retail park plus the very popular marina. The marina is home to a plethora of independent bars restaurants and shops and is popular with locals and tourists alike. Milford Haven is famous for its fishing so fresh fish can be obtained to prepare at home or treat yourself to the catch of the day at one of the local restaurants. The nearby coastal towns of Dale and Marloes can be reached in under 9 miles. Dale is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and Marloes Sands is one of the best-kept secrets in Pembrokeshire. You may also want to venture a little further afield a drive of around 40 minutes will take you to St Davids or in the other direction the popular seaside town of Tenby.
