A detached converted barn on a small farm with woodland on the Carmarthenshire–Pembrokeshire border — tranquil, with Narberth's shops and restaurants a short drive and the coast's beaches and harbours ten to fifteen miles off. A ground-floor double with en-suite shower, a twin upstairs, a bathroom with bath, a separate downstairs WC, a lounge with wood burner and patio doors onto an enclosed garden, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Pub and shop two miles, beach fourteen — so this is a countryside base for castles (Manorbier, Carew, Laugharne), not a beach-every-day stay.
