Why we recommend it

A three-bedroom cottage on the same Ian Heaps fishery as Clear View and Water Bank — three lakes, a mile of salmon and sea-trout river, free fishing for guests, tackle shop on site. This one has a ground-floor double with its own shower room and two twins upstairs, which makes it the sensible choice for a family or two couples; the open-plan living room opens through patio doors and there's a shared patio and grounds by the lakes. Narberth's pubs and shops are two miles, the beach seven, and Tenby, Saundersfoot and Amroth are the seaside days out the listing names.
