The Dinosaur Park

Two and a half miles out of Tenby on the Sageston road, the Dinosaur Park is built around a woodland trail — a mile of path, allow thirty minutes to an hour — with more than thirty dinosaurs lurking in the trees, some of them animatronic. The site as a whole claims over ninety life-size models, a T-Rex and velociraptors among them, plus ranger-led walking safaris.

The pricing model is the thing to understand: pay once. Admission covers the trail and the rides and activities — hurricane cars, disco boats, an adventure net, footgolf, a T-Rex mini golf, a tubey ride — with only a handful of coin-op extras (remote-control cars, sand diggers, the arcade). Adults were £19.95 and children (3–15) £18.50 when we checked (September 2026), toddlers less, under-twos free; a season ticket is on sale at the gate. There's no online booking — you pay on the day.

It's open daily from late March to early September, then Thursday to Sunday through the autumn half-term. Most paths are tarmac and the woodland stretch is rolled gravel; the park's own access notes say the main trail has a couple of steep sections where a wheelchair user will want a helper, with a shortcut that avoids them.
