Dog Friendly Stays in Saundersfoot

Saundersfoot's main beach restricts dogs from 1 May to 30 September — but the village remains a fine dog base because of what's within walking distance. The tunnels path through the old tramway cuttings is a brilliant, traffic-free dog walk at any tide, linking Coppet Hall, Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth, whose western beach welcomes dogs all year round. Do it out along the coast, pub stop at Wiseman's Bridge, and back before lunch.

Out of season the village beach opens to dogs and becomes one of the best low-tide gallops in the county. The stays below accept dogs (numbers per listing), and we've favoured properties with enclosed gardens and walkable access to the tunnels path — because a holiday where the dog walk starts at the door beats one that starts with a car boot.
