Beaches near Dale

There are 9 beaches within about 5 miles of Dale. The closest is Dale Beach, 200 yards away as the crow flies — further by road, because almost everything here is further by road.

Only one — Dale Beach — has RNLI lifeguard cover, and only in season. Everywhere else on this list, you're judging the water yourself.

1 welcome dogs all year (Marloes Sands); the rest restrict them from 1 May to 30 September. Signs at the access points are the authority, not us.

Parking is the constraint: only 4 have a mapped car park within half a mile, and in July and August those fill by mid-morning.

Distances are straight-line from the centre of Dale, so the drive is longer. Car park and toilet distances are measured from the beach to the nearest one we hold coordinates for.
